There is no automatic PDF upload in the free plan. However, you have two clear options to switch to a digital menu:
Don’t want to type everything yourself? Send us your existing PDF menu (or photos). Our team enters all categories, dishes, prices, allergens, and additives for you – including 12 months PLUS after your approval.
Don’t need PDF conversion and prefer building your menu yourself? Register for free (6 months PLUS free, then permanently €0 on the FREE plan or optionally on the PLUS subscription for €7.90/month billed annually) and type in your categories, dishes, and prices manually in the dashboard.

PDF Menu Conversion FAQ
A PDF has a fixed print layout. On a smartphone, guests have to zoom in and scroll sideways to read dishes and prices, and many Android phones force a file download before viewing. An interactive web menu adapts automatically to any screen.
Converting your PDF menu is offered exclusively via our personal setup service for a one-time fee of €99. This includes full data entry of all categories, dishes, prices, and allergens by our team plus 12 months of the PLUS plan (starting only after your approval).
