Is the digital menu on solook really permanently free?
Yes. After signing up, you first test the full PLUS plan for 6 months for free. If you choose not to upgrade afterwards, your account automatically transitions to the permanent €0 FREE plan. Your menu and QR code stay online for €0.
Do I need to cancel if I do not want to pay after 6 months?
No. Since we do not ask for payment details during registration, there is no automatic paid subscription. You do not need to cancel anything.
Is there a scan limit on the free plan?
No. Your guests can scan your QR code an unlimited number of times, and we never display third-party ads on your menu.
What happens to my dishes when switching to the FREE plan?
Your data is protected. On the FREE plan you can manage up to 5 categories and 75 dishes, and everything created during your free PLUS phase remains saved.
Are allergens, additives, and guest filters included in the FREE plan?
Yes, 100%. All 14 EU allergens (A–R), 17 additives/notes (1–17), ingredient linking, and interactive dietary guest filters are included in the FREE tier at no cost.
Is there any sales commission per order or guest on the free plan?
